To those that told me CantonRep made a typo when they said undercover agents had performed sexual acts with the ladies at Touch of Class, it actually may very well be true that they did...

Not sure of Ohio's stance on this, but its legal in Hawaii and may be legal here too.
Police officers or undercover agents have always had the ability to have sexual relations with a prostitute in Ohio for purposes of arrest and conviction. There is nothing illegal about the activity.
It's my understanding that most agencies prohibit the activity for safety or PR reasons but it is legal. The practice is mostly engaged in by smaller police departments in more rural or suburban areas.

Wonder if male officers get to pick and choose who they have sex with to bust? It could even be considered a job perk. I doubt many of the unattractive girls would get busted that way. With some of the " hotties" it could be and on going investigation.
Think of this senario with wife / GF " he honey I'm too tired tonight, they have us working on that prostitution bust".

They would just come out and ask what kind of sex you want and tell me the price. I told the girl she needs to be more discrete and careful because the next customer could be the police. She just laughed and said "police my best customer". One time I knew of a cop who went to Thailand and brought home a women.
