In my judgement 818 is a risk not worth taking. It borders a very high crime area of North Main St an Fishfry St.

It is a commercial / industrial building with little parking. It consists of 818 A to E. Five side doors. Two of them have signs. A carpet installer and an iron works. It is next door to a fenced bright blue large starage bin business.

So 818 consists of 5 possible business locations off a narrow side driveway. Some brave sole can try it out after dark but the sole won't be me.

When the old 2041 moved up the pike into Newington they had said they were working on a building in Hartford that would be open soon. I never found out exactly where but I believe that this is what they were talking about. I have no idea if it really took them this long to open or if this has been around for a few years. Saw an ad that said tonight they are having a swingers party. Good luck to anyone who goes, I might in the future have to check it out but not tonight.

However, I can also say if it is the same management that ran the David Daniels /2041 Club, then I have been in places all around the world, and their Berlin Tpk. Clubs were the only places I have been to in the US that even came close. Excellent Value & Service.

Once you're in, you're probably safe as long as you mind your own business. Its just that where you park could be a problem if you have a nice car. Even if you don't, the cops will be looking for taxpayers to fund the city coffers.
