Many ex military, as stated before, are bullies and jerks and many are not, so it has no factual relevance. I have little patience for bullshit, ignorant stupidity and overly aggressive folk, so take that how you seem fit. Other peoples feelings aren't my responsibility.

I have a suggestion:

Close down and lock up this Rants thread permanently.

Then, start a brand new thread, and title it something like:

Rants about the hobby.

Because, the way that it's titled right now, Rants raves and stupid shit, nowhere does it say definitively, that it had to be about the hobby.

A lot of these hobby boards, including TNA, have threads about things like sports, movies, travel, food, places to eat.

One could read Rants raves and stupid shit, as being akin to a thread that's basically open to Random Things.

If you permanently lock up this Rants thread, and start a new thread, much like you did for KAngels, and name the thread Rants About The Hobby, I am very confident that you won't get all of this non-hobby random shit posted on the thread. If it says Rants About The Hobby, I am confident that the rants will stay all about the hobby.

What do you have to lose by trying that, at this point?
