He spends less than this for airfare, all food and refreshments, a private residence and a lady (sometimes two) for the duration of the stay. (& his ladies are always top shelf).

I mean I hardly ever see a man take a photo of himself in the john and then share it on the world wide web. Yet there are thousands of women who cannot stop themselves from clicking a shot in a public washroom and then share the pics for all to see. Why is it this happens, what am I missing?

That's also why you see photos from dressing rooms and from the full length mirrors if they have one at home.

I believe he knows what areas they congregate and also gets recommendations from prior lady friends on who to ask to join. I haven't convinced my wife to let me join him on a trip otherwise I would have better details. I also don't inquire too closely as he doesn't know I participate here. Sorry.
