I was wondering whether or not to chime in. The best thing you can do is get a rental, take 163 North to 108, and see Eva. After you're done seeing this very sweet and enthusiastic lady, you can go down 163 South, exit to 805 South, and find yourself at the border to go to Tijuana Zona Norte.
