She was arrested on failure to appear at arraignment on the 7th and 21st of October on possession of drug charges that was from January 4, 2022. Her next arraignment 14th of November. Rose was also charged in Delaware with possession of drugs on January 4, 2022. She was arrested on traffic type charges in Franklin, appeared in Franklin county, then was transferred to Delaware. She is out on PR bond and her trial is set for January 19,2023.
