There is a misconception about safety of BBFS vs BBBJ. While it is almost impossible to catch HIV from BBBJ, you are probably 10 times more likely to get a common STD from BBBJ. Two key reasons for this, one is that there is 5 to 10 times more BJs given vs FS. The second is that oral gonorrhea is super hard to treat, and girls can spread it easier.
