Just going to add in, if you don't have license and registration in your vehicle and get police attention, you are going to definitely get detained if you pull said info out of the hood of your car. A gym bag in the trunk is explainable. But if you are suspected of shady stuff, and then to provide required information have to do OTHER shady or strange stuff to provide it, they have probable cause and will exercise it.

You'd be brainless to try it. Clearing the area is to ensure the lions club isn't going to use you to raise funds for raw steaks, even if you loose the scoop.

I keep the wallet in the left front door pocket cup holder. Since I never do any front seat business, I just struggle to see how they will figure out how to get to that spot. That leaves my wallet where I can retrieve it quickly and discreetly should I find blue flashing lights behind me.

#9 is good advice I will consider adding to my routine!

A locked glove box or gym bag is a lot more explainable than "I have to pop the hood and get out of the car, officer".

Ofc you're not scooping with LEO around. But circle the block a few times and a marked car might just do a routine stop.

Despite her being in in a hurry, it was a decent experience. The Girl's got a really nice deep kitty with fuzz. I just love a fuzzy kitty. There's not enough fuzzy kitty's out there. Now, I'm told that I'm pretty well hung for a white boy but I never could find the bottom in that one there. She did put her legs back where I need them to get all the way in but still no bottom. She's got decent mid-sized titties and a soft belly. She kept giving me that "fuck me daddy" thing. Yeow! She's definitely pretty to look at and nice to hold, but in a great big hurry to get your bills into her fold. I'll repeat and repeat, and not just because she's "new talent. Also about the wallet thing. That was an exagerated example that could be used. But nobody said you had to keep your drivers license and registration, etc in the wallet. Insurance cards are paper these days and so are registry info. That stuff folds into the size of a license. You could simply put all three required documents in the cd holder located behind your sunvisor if so equipped for example. (Hint) since cds are near obsolete because of MP3 files, a SW wouldn't expect a cd or anything valuable to be there so it MIGHT be a safe place to store such a thing. FOR EXAMPLE. Principle: The posibilities are endless and only limited, subject to the imagination of the person concealing for storage purposes.

This is suggestive in nature so please be advised: If you spot a LEO in Nowatney you should vacate the area immediately for a few hours or not come back at all. By now, you should have educated urself on the types of vehicles PDs use. Unmarked, Marked, undercover, etc. The list is too big to put here and is not limited to Fords and Chevys. Review the types used no matter the make and model and you will ALWAYS find out that ONE thing they ALL have in common. Also if you ride the streets where you KNOW the blue cameras are positioned you're pretty much asking for it. Don't DO IT. Simple.

One of the most effective methods for not getting pulled over in "hot zones" is simple. Put a cap on your mongering activity. Save some gas and watch Nascar or play Call of Duty.

Your wallet is under the hood and you get pulled over.

IF you pop the hood first, the officer is going to think WTF? And you end up with your palms on the paint.

IF you wait for the officer to ask for license and registration, will you ask if you can pop the hood first or just reach down and pull the level. The officer will have his weapon pointed at you before you hear the noise of the hood release.

You can pick up girls anywhere on the monering activity maps. Just be safe. Principle: Just reduce your risks safely and as much as possible. Nowatney has lots of streets with blue light cams. Some streets the cams are absent. I've scooped plenty in that area where there are no cams. I've also missed alot of scoops there too, carefree of course.
