What was the half hour rate? It was 50% off house fee, from $50 to $25, and tip to the girl dropped from $150. 00 to $100. 00. That was the half hour rate. So this guy posts that he is short of cash and he is going to use the half hour rate that he knew about but did not know that it ended months ago?

And did he pay the half hour rate to the house? No he paid the full rate? $50. 00. Does not sound like the house accept any half hour rate there, did it? So, what is this bull shit about the half hour rate?

But let us assume that he did have a special relationship, all evidence about having low cash and half rate notwithstanding. Everything is wrong about this guy's report. He was short of cash, and tried to justify underpaying with a non existent half hour rate, and he does not even know the details of the half hour rate that used to exist.
