Mine go up right away like I said so I guess I fall into the "Unmoderated Senior Member" category. Either way the reports get reviewed to prevent junk. There's also more information on there about member status and why a senior member's reports still get reviewed. I had no idea about it until Andy brought it up. What I know for sure is that if you've had a report that had to be edited or deleted by an admin then it's the norm for them to review your posts. It probably takes a while because I can only imagine the amount of reports that get posted on here daily. Meaning the whole site not just the Central FL area.
