With American agencies, girls / service can differ widely. EAA girls are living fuck dolls: nice, slim bodies, work through a script, don't really say anything. Whether you click or not, it doesn't really matter, because they offer a very consistent (and high level of) service. It's a sure and predictable thing.
JFL, like any agency, is dependent on the luck of the draw: you may or may not click with the girl, and that will affect the quality of service. Generally they're going to be attractive, but after that it can be YMMV. The best approach to a (non-asian) agency it to prospect, trying a few girls, and when you click with one become her regular, until she (invariably) starts taking you for granted, and then you repeat the process.
If I just want a quality nut right now with a hot girl, or it's a one time thing, or I'm visiting from out of town, I want EAA.

When you encounter them, speak slowly and clearly. They understand at least basic English and are very clear on suckie fuckie lingo, so I don't understand the issue you're having. It was done by City of Dunwoody, if the company incall is not in the city of dunwoody then they can't touch them bc they don't have jurisdiction. Unless the local police decide to get them.
