You can get a full panel STD check (Herpes, HIV, Hepatitis, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea) for about $200 and it takes a whole 2-3 days to come back. However, this raises the cost of service to a significant amount and personally, I'll take the condom.

MedCorp in town charges their providers $50. You can go to Urgent Care and get a standing order from the doctor. Allowing you to go to the lab and get your test done and faxed back to you. I'm not mongering as much, now that my travel is insane again, but, I'm still getting a full STD panel every month. I'm not planning on catching anything during my BBBJ's, but, I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I would let my insurance pay for it otherwise. And I don't want anything faxed or a phone call with the results. Private email is perfect. However, are you saying that you only saw the doc once and you can get tested as many times as you like for $50 / test? That may be worth a look if the privacy is available.

You can do first catch urine samples and blood for a full panel. LabCorp has never done the Qtip version with me. First catch means capturing the stream when you first start urinating. HIV, HSV, and Syphilis requires a blood sample. Gonorrhea and Chlamydia is the urine (or Qtip if your doc wants to punish).
