Wendy wasn't there, but her mother was, so I decided I needed to be somewhere else.
I called up Webster Street around noon and asked if Wendy was there. The woman that answered the phone told me Wendy was there but to come soon because she was leaving for New York at four. I asked her if one o'clock was soon enough and she said yes so I booked the appointment. About ten minutes before one I called to confirm (something I usually do when visiting a place for the first time) and the woman asked if I was there now. I told her I would be there in a few minutes and she told me Wendy would be waiting for me. I get there five minutes later and am greeted by a short, older, chunky woman who is obviously not Wendy and is on the phone speaking in Chinese. She hands the phone to me and the woman I'd spoken to not five minutes earlier tells me Wendy left already for New York and isn't there. I ask her what time she left and she says "One hour ago." I very politely remind her that I made the appointment an hour ago and called again five minutes ago and she told me she was there. "She left early" she says and then "Sorry, you try Cici now. " I asked her why she told me Wendy was there five minutes ago when she knew she wasn't? She just apologized again and tells me to try Cici. I tell her that I wanted to see Wendy so I am going to leave. She says "No, you try Cici. " I give up and just say "Okay" and hand the phone back to Cici. She talks to her for a few more seconds and then holds her hand out for the house fee. I politely told her that I'd decided not to stay and walked out.
Walked in Sunday, met dee dee, 50+ with an old faded tattoo on her chest.
It was cold in there and I kept asking her if she could turn on the heat.
She had a little dog. 60 house fee, decent massage but I was freezing.
Massage was a little too firm, but she had genuine skills.
I was happy I tried the place, and she was friendly but used a lot of oil and it was so cold I was shivering.
