I believe it depends on your privacy settings, but if you look at someone's profile, FB will generate a "You May Know. " friend suggestion to the other party. A 20-something is likely to figure it out if she starts getting friend suggestions for 60-something men.

I live in the boonies, and never found anyone local on SA I wanted to contact until now, so new to the bowl but not to the hobby. Can I use a vanilla card to sign up for one month of SA? It says recurring charge. What happens when they go to charge for the second month and it doesn't go through?

As I said, I didn't have to do anything to 'register' for Messenger access, all it has is my burner phone #. Several of the girls I found are also listed as registering just w / a phone #, and it doesn't give FB profile name / info for them. Regarding FB itself, I have a regular / personal FB page that I never use for anything related to SBs. At one stage you could set up a 'sugar' profile on FB, but that hasn't been available for some time. I tried to make mine look legit, but after a few weeks, they asked me to verify my identity; as I couldn't do that, they deleted the page. I am lucky to have access to another business-based FB page, not explicitly me, I can go onto it to search for profiles I have info on. I am always super careful to delete the search using the Edit function in the search bar. That should prevent someone I have searched for from getting a suggestion that that page might be a friend.

There is also an option once you have a premium profile to turn off the autorenew.

The website to do that should be on the back of the card. Use the same zip code on seeking. After your payment goes through go into your settings look for payments then cancel recurring payment and delete card info.

I am on the Messenger app based only on my burner # and my sugar name. She's a POT. She has no idea 'about my name.

I have another post about to come up concerning viewing someone's FB page from the website.

I had an interesting experience this morning. I haven't been paid for a while and have opened up my private pix to a few girls to get them interested. Some have even messaged back, but I can't read them. Today, though, there was a message window open, so I gave it a shot, and definitely, I was able to send a message. I included my burner GV# in it so they could reply to me. After I sent about 5, this capability went away. Perhaps others should try it. It does seem like they might be teasing me. I might try it on one of my other SA profiles.

I saw a POT today who claimed she was having app problems and put her full phone # in her profile. It seemed real, I got a reply to my text anyway, I'll let you know if it turns into anything good.

I registered the card and it went through.

I check this out periodically in pix I am sent, it seems like lately, none of that has been there. Is anyone familiar with practices in the industry. Smart phone, etc. ? Did the makers realize they were letting people's private info out in that way and kill it? Or is it that I don't have the right reader for the pic to get that info anymore?

Get a Vanilla $100 card from Wal Mart. Register it.

Don't use your real info to register the card. Just pic an apartment complex in your area and use their address. The key is that the zip code needs to match on Vanilla's website, and when you pay on Seeking. Nothing else about the registration info seems to matter.

When you finish, you'll have a Vanilla card with $10 left on it. Take it to a gas station and swipe it at the pump. You will be able to pump $10 in gas.

You have to manually turn it off in settings.

But, if you are pulling the pics from a website, the website probably stripped the metadata off the pic before uploading it to their site. For example, I can upload a pic from my phone to Seeking that contains the GPS data. But when Seeking posts it, the GPS data will be stripped out and unavailable to site users. As far as I know, most social media websites strip metadata before posting uploaded pics. So, if you are pulling pics from Instagram, FB, etc. , you won't find GPS data within.

Photos that are uploaded to insta and FB have metadta stripped, and I believe in most, if not all, cases it's stripped out when a photo is texted or sent thru snapchat or other simailar apps these days.

I think the only way to reliably keep metadata is if the girl emails you the original file, say from her phone. That may contain a lot of data, possibly including GPS coordinates.
