Mopery with intent to creep
I've done those loops countless times, but never more than about 3 or 4 passes in 10 minutes. I may come back 30 minutes later and do another 3 or 4 passes. I've never received such a letter.
I am unmaried and live alone. Any such letter sent to me will be a waste of taxpayer money.
One interesting part of the article was written by a criminal defense attorney: "... police should expect consequences if they wrongly target someone who only appears to be searching for a prostitute. By committing such a misidentification, police would “likely expose themselves to civil liberty complaints should they send these notices to innocent persons and inadvertently cause marital disruption...If they have sufficient evidence to believe a person is ‘not lost, but in fact, circling the block looking for a prostitute,’ then they have a sufficient basis to make an investigative detention for the crime of solicitation of prostitution,”"
Long before a successful civil liberty complaint is resolved, the lost driver will have lost his place in society. This is just one more situation where it is "guilty until proven innocent".
Sounds like something the ACLU would love to take on.
Big Red head with short hair
Did anybody else see the red head WS on south Carey Saturday morning around 10:30 ? She was sitting on the steps to the left of the American food market at the intersection on Washington Blvd. She looks like a tomboy in the face, tall thick woman with wide hips. I passed her and looked directly in her face, she looked to be in a daze. I made a loop around Washington Blvd, then came back around on sargeant and made a left on S Carey. She was gone so I thought , I rode down to the light and looked to my left and she was sitting on some steps in front of the bus stop to the right of the American food market. I made a left on Washington Blvd and looked at her again, this time she lifted her arm and waved at me and noded her head. I went around the corner again, this time I parked on S Carey across from the amarican food market, I went inside and got a condom and walked around the corner to were she was sitting but she was gone again. I turned around and walked back to my vehicle, that's when I saw a cop car at the light and noticed a police van at Ward st and S Carey. I decided to give up the hunt after I saw that.
Letting Your Girlfriend be a Streetwalker
What kind of guy let's his woman do that you ask? The kind of guy who's addicted himself but has no way to support his own habit, so he gets his fix when his girl comes back with money from a date.
I'd guess that about half of the Baltimore SWs have this kind of boyfriend. Few hardworking and clean men are interested in having a junky streetwalker for a girlfriend.
