I am struck by the fact that, over the last 5 pages of posts in this thread, there is an AMAZING volume of opinions and questionable observations from posters that are not regular participants in the thread. Among the few well-known (to me, anyway) contributors, a few of those have expressed that even they haven't definitively confirmed for themselves the status of the business. Given the controversial nature of the 'news' and the high number of newer contributors posting reports, I found myself questioning the veracity of more than a few of those reports (A2 has even tagged some as unreliable). For this reason, I truly appreciate your contribution here to shed what I consider reliable light on the situation.

From a historical perspective, long-time readers might remember that Keiko seemed to get "spooked" at the time of the Great Kraft Debacle and closed up shop at Blue Ocean (where she went by the moniker "Snow" at the time). Following her exit at that time from Blue Ocean, she was MIA for quite some time (what was it?... 6-9 months?) until the dust settled a bit and more facts became known about that LE "operation", after which she and her staff reappeared at the very cramped, poorly "plumbed", Massage Connection with the horrible parking situation. When she left there, it was to immediately relocate to a better facility (with fully working plumbing, not to mention more space and better parking). If the current situation is due to any sort of legal or risk circumstances, I would almost expect Keiko to remain out of sight for several months and then reappear at a new location with a different business name... and probably with a new name for herself, as well! HA!

Could LE prove that a particular person visited a particular establishment at a certain date and time? Absolutely, law enforcement (if they care to) could stake out a location and log everyone coming in and out. No warrant is needed to watch people in public space.

Could LE prove that a particular person broke a crime inside said establishment? No way unless they had surveillance inside the establishment and a warrant to watch everyone that comes in. That is an extremely low risk possibility to the point that I wouldn't worry about it.

If LE was being real dicks they could make contact with you, show you video of the entrance and try and get you to admit to committing a crime. As long as you keep your head, simply respond with "Am I free to leave" and then leave when they say yes then you will be fine. Honestly I would be surprised if they put that much effort into it. To them busting the staff gets them their news story which is all they really care about. They aren't going to spend all that effort on arresting johns from months ago with no evidence just to watch them all get thrown out of court. Say nothing to LE, nothing you say can help you and talking to LE can only bring charges.

I wouldn't worry.

Even if they can prove that prostitution was occurring inside the building, they can't necessarily prove it is occurring with all patrons. Previous cases have already established that hidden camera surveillance inside the building isn't legal, as they cannot possibly have a warrant to surveil random people. Florida is a Two Party Consent state, so the warrant for surveillance would need to name both parties being surveilled otherwise it would be thrown out. They aren't going to waste a shitload of police resources on a bunch of arrests that probably cross numerous jurisdictions. None of the charges would stick. Recording people going in and out is only done so they can establish how much money is going through the establishment for RICO and Money Laundering charges.

If you remember Robert Kraft debacle from 2019, LE installed cameras inside the massage parlor. I think they planted the camera using a bomb scare ruse.

But the recording were thrown out by the judge and he also ordered the distruction of any videos gathered as part of the string operation.

I believe charges againsts all the "johns", who pleaded not guilty, were dismissed and felony charges against women caught in the sting was droped as well.

I am doubtfull, given what happened in 2019, LE would contemplate putting cameras inside a massage parlor anytime soon.

Can confirm that one mm girl was arrested after talking to one of the other girls that was present. Everyone is taking a long vacation for now and not too sure when things will calm down. Everything is drying up in FL.

That should probably be shared by PM. Two or more Sheriffs have said in press conferences that they find areas to target based on reviews of clients. The boards seemed to have quieted down some lately and perhaps that is the reason.

I think this has a whole lot more to do with the thousands of dollars a day passing through this place, not that mongers want to get laid. Think Breaking Bad Ace Car Wash with the pallets of cash stored away. That's what LEO can't walk away from forever. As history shows, you close up shop, lay low for 6 to 9 months and pray to God Kiko opens back up.

They work a few weeks to fund their travels or life styles.

It's common for some providers (I'd say the majority) to live at the spa but depends on the owner, they get fired if they don't work not if they don't live at the spa, owner doesn't really give a shit unless she is doing something that would draw attention to the spa or miss work, easily replaced. Not everyone lives at spa, I never been to Mm but you can sometimes meet the owners or girls after hours and see how things work, I haven't visited anyone in particular lately because I've been busy but the girls from Nds if I'm not mistaken we're staying in a rented house close to its location, some owners do that because sometimes police cars park outside after the spas close.

They would all carpool and if one of them wasnt working due to illness / period they get the car and had to run errands like buying groceries. This girl is also fairly well off with wealthy parents, she just wanted some plastic surgery that they didn't want to pay for so she took out a loan and this was a way to pay it back.

With the closure of the top 3 I had to search elsewhere. I drove by CB and the parking lot was full. Figured I would drive down to Gardenia to see if they were busy. Met Yuki I remembered her from my previous visit. Escorted to the room and asked if I could do an hour? She said yes and went to get the TS ready for us. That's when the door kept ringing non stop and Yuki asked if we could just do a 1/2 hour and she gave m $40 back. It was no big deal she was sweetheart. I remember watching a show that was about Health Dept officials in Houston doing spot checks on Spas and they would find secret rooms hidden in walls where the girls would sleep and would either heavily fine the owner or shut the business down.

First, all of these investigations in Cen. FL. Are being done by the MBI.

These places are under surveillance for months before a bust. They know everything including many of the clients. They have been watching everything. When these places take CC, they get all the bank records and merchant services records.

Fact- as the investigation continues, the MBI will try to contact some of the clients for statements to use as evidence.

Ok maybe it's the Don Q or the fact I'm typing this in my bed at 134 am but why exactly is NDS closed? And why do I feel they had hidden camera in the mirror for safety and also to watch and "talkshit" lmao. But my question is, if NDS if closed because of a bust or review or whatever how would we be busted?? I went once in Jan twice in March and one last time in April. Everytime I had 200 coins and I would walk with the lady to the room and then do the doggystyle motion and hand over my coins. So. With that motion and me handed the coins, they can magically find where I live?? I'm just puzzled over this whole thing. Why are they closed? And when they do open again will it still be like the times before??

They case the AMP. They've set up cameras (which after the Kraft case are probably not admissible). And finally, every time I've heard of these busts, they do traffic stops when the client leaves the AMP. They do this to positively I'd the customer and possibly to get them to admit something. I haven't heard about any traffic stops so I'm guessing they're just going after the providers this time.

They are composed of experienced vice officers from several county and city jurisdictions. For several months they were surveilling MM from the vacant Vape shop next door and taking videos and photos of the license tag numbers of customers who went in and came out. They have not completed their investigations yet and several people may be indicted.
