I've seen a thick blonde, hair just past shoulder length, usually in black but yesterday had a black top on and bright pink pants. She was at the bus stop just north of 38th Ave on 28th St. Looks like she has a few small facial tats near one eye and on the forehead. Traffic was stopped so I got a good look.
This is the 4th or 5th time I've seen her in the area. I also saw her come out of the alley by the laundromat a week or so ago.
She is always be gone when I circle the block so someone must be scooping her.
