It is a presented opinion. It centered around quality. It maybe that it is a small percentage of the actual consuming market, but it is not out of the realm that it is a consistent percentage. A collective opinion in change on price control, quality, bait and switch, and safety are all worthy in my opinion. Change happens in small steps. I chose quality as the first step. It seems the easiest category to effect change.

I am also understanding of how to effect market change. Participating in market change efforts is not for everyone. And any market change takes times. The comments so far are reluctant at best on the subject and that is normal. It is all about taking a position on a position of change to better the product or service no matter what it is. If only 1 consumer looks for a change, it is simply a special situation. If 5, 10, or 20 consumers look for a change, then it is a trend.
