I didn't remember much of the initial part of this encounter, but I bought a girl a drink (for $20), and she took me all the way to the end of the bar where we would not be bothered. For the youngsters, this is what a true dancer is like. Dated her a few times. Yes, it cost a big chunk back in the days, but, hey, you only live once, might as well spend time with the legend. I was going to be in the Baltimore / DC area and did some research on the various clubs around the area. Ultimately, I decided upon this place. It's a bit difficult to find — use your GPS. And it's essentially at the I-70 Eastern terminus.
On the Sunday afternoon I arrived ( 4:00 pm), a friendly AA man bouncer at the door greeted me and urged me to take some time for my eyes to adjust to the darkened room. There was no cover. There is a large bar on the back (I got my bottled water which was $5 plus tip — don't know the prices of the other drinks but the bar looked well stocked) and a gorgeous petite Asian woman called Lotus was working. There is a large stage on the front of the room with a circular extension stage that projects out into the main room. The back part of the stage (away from where the customers would sit) is a stripper pole. Chairs and small tables are scattered amongst the room. The restroom is straight past the entrance and it was clean with no attendant (at least during the time I was there).
There were only three girls working — Christine — a pretty, very slender WOC with an all around petite build and small chest, Kitty, who had dark hair, was quite a bit larger with what looked like DDs (natural) and an hourglass figure, and Essence. A dark haired beauty with nice natural Bs and curvy in a nice way (she was sort-of in between the two others in terms of build). All were attractive (as I mentioned) and I watched all three give rather lackluster stage dances. There was a very low pressure tip walk after what seemed to be two song sets where the girls got sort-of topless (this is a pasties club). Both Christine and Kitty were already sitting with customers on what appeared to be "lunch dates". Essence came by and took my tip and my invitation to sit and chat.
As I mentioned, she's a pretty young woman who has just returned to the scene after being out for 9+ months or so. She danced before then. We had a nice conversation and since she was the only dancer available (due to the aforementioned lunch dates) I was pleased to have her company. After awhile, the discussion turned to private dances. They actually have s laminated dance menu with the pricing that all represents house fees. I guess it is customary (though apparently not required) to equal the house fee with the dancer's tip (although that seems negotiable as well —depends on the dancer). There were many options; communal lap dance area on upholstered chairs, price lap dance rooms (upholstered love seats behind velvet curtains), VIP rooms (larger rooms with an upholstered sofa and television and a round table behind closed doors) and even a "skybox" which is upstairs where you can have a full view of the entire club). I think that the lowest price private was $50/10 minutes and the sky box might have been $450/60 minutes (those are just house fees, mind you) and there were various costs for time increments in between). I ended up getting the 30 min VIP (behind the closed door) for $190 (to Lotus for the house) and $190 tip to Essence. She was great fun and we had a fairly high mileage two-way touching fully legal lap dance that was relaxing. I did notice that there is a camera in the room for what that's worth.
So I had a nice time and enjoyed my first visit to this club. I think that if I lived closer and became a regular, it could be even better. Private dances are not cheap, but the club itself is very nice and the few folks I met were as well.

Judging by the people that running this place, I think it's under new management or millenial boys getting into the hobby from within, no judgement here.

The talent in the bar is SOOOOO much better! These girls were hot, young, full of energy and very nice to me compare to the last time. No old timers, no druggies and not one BBW in site, impressive! I'm not sure if I'm getting old or it was management treating the girls better but, some of these girls are nice enough to chat with you depending on who you are. I guess because I've been in this hobby for quite some time, SW trust me even more than when I was young.
Dances is still $40/ song, this dancer name ally who was one of the 3 girls I was chatting offered for $30 but I was so occupied with talking to people at that bar.
I'm going to Mcdoogles again next month. The staff and dancer were really nice to me last night.

I was at fells point just to go bar hopping but to drive into a bar full of trust-fund kids who are of drinking age, just can't do it! Plus I'm not sure if it was the weather or it was me but I was sweating like I was in Miami. I didn't want to go to Ritz because of things that were mention on here and this one Google review that said that it drugs their patrons. So I took the risk; while I was at this club, I've made sure to keep a close eye on my drink no matter what.
Cover was $15, went to the bar and the domestic beers were $8. The club has a lower and upper deck which is the VIP section. Place is like a smaller version of Larry flints hustlers; it's still a tourist trap obviously.
As for the talent, everyone but one dancer was pretty good looking. No fatties or druggies. The system is a bit weird because it's like for every song, the dancers has to switch around. Plus none of them approached me, when I tired to get a dance, it was $40 per song. I forgot the other prices regarding VIP but I recalled there is a VIP room with no cameras, take that as you will.
Overall, Ritz is okay for a tourist trap, but there are other clubs that are better than Ritz.
One other thing, I've noticed in here, there is alot of negative reviews regarding Mill Streams. I talked to two dancers that use to dance over there and told me that mill stream is terrible in a management level. If I have time, I might go to mill streams next week just to see how bad it is. That's all I have!

I was there in June and had the exact opposite experience. I arrived around 9 pm and they had nine people working. Only one, I think her name was Jesse or Jessica was worth looking at. All the rest were over weight, out of shape and heavily tatted. The one who was attractive was from Virginia and despite asking her to come chat, she went out to her car. I left at 10:30 pm Because the attractions were so awful and the one who was attarctive sat in her car (I saw her as I left) texting on her phone. It was really sad.

This however the girl barely put her ass on me and just shook it in front of me and that was the so called "lapdance". Keep your money in your hand so they know you ain't broke. Next throw like 10 bucks all together at the stage dancer. This alerts the girls that you are spending money. With in minutes a chick should be on you. From there drop 3-4 bucks at a time make sure she knows she's getting paid. You need to do this ever 20 -30 seconds. During the average song spend like 20. They will keep going as long a you spending. They will locate your man and grind on it until you stop paying. Sometimes I have to stop them to get a new one in. Way better than paying 40 a song.
