Just saw on Fox 6 where Angel and a thug named Phillip Dwayne Aaron have been charged with capital murder in the very truck fire I just mentioned. He's easy to find on the site, he's the first one on the list. I guess it was some trick of her's or something they ambushed and brought to that dead end road and killed. This is the very reason that mug shots need to be posted here. It's just stupid that they're not allowed in the first place. That could have been one of us if there was no other way to have shown who it was. But either way, there was no warning in this instance. You just have to be careful and wary no matter who it is. I wish others would speak up whenever I mention about the posting of mug shots and express their displeasure as to them not being allowed, and try to explain to our moderator as to why they should be. I've spoken about this in several forums and get basically the same response each time, with a few agreeing with me but not really explaining why they agree. The usual response is 'it's his board', and that's true, but if something is explained to someone who just don't understand, then maybe he'd see our reasoning and relax his stance.

Philip Aaron, 34, of Cullman and Angela Rena Green, 38, of Birmingham are both charged with capital murder in the homicide on Exeter Avenue, police said this evening.

Both are in the Jefferson County Jail under no bond. Police were called to a house fire in the 600 block of Exeter Avenue late Friday, after firefighters found a man's body in a burned car next to the house.

That's fucked up about Angel. Especially seeing her sitting there the other evening. I've been in that damn house where she stayed. That could have been me getting Barbequed. Who was the guy on here at one time helping her out? I think he had something to do with that house where she stayed. Acting like a sugar daddy and all.

You never know about things like that. Angel might not even have been a willing accomplice. You can be charged with murder just for being there and not trying to stop it. That's the same as when passengers in a vehicle get charged with what the driver does just because they're there. But either way, maybe she fell down so far that she'd do anything for money, or maybe it was a drug deal gone bad. Who knows, her thug accomplice looks like a real winner, and he probably will feel right at home in prison. You just never know. I'd always heard favorable reviews of Angel, not only from here, but from a friend of mine who dates girls who used to date her regularly. If she gets charged with capital murder you can bet that they think she at least participated in a robbery or some other felony to which the murder is connected. If you help a pimp rip off a john, and the pimp kills him, you're getting charged with capital murder.

Birmingham police identify man found dead in burning vehicle

Birmingham police this morning identified a man found dead in a burning vehicle Friday as Joseph Scholl, 63, of Tarrant, according to a press release.


Scholl was found dead after a house and vehicle fire Friday night in the 600 block of Exeter Avenue in Birmingham. The one-story house was gutted by the blaze.

Birmingham homicide Lt. Scott Praytor said the fire was intentionally set. Firefighters discovered a body in a burning vehicle next to the house, which they believe was uninhabited.

Birmingham Fire and Rescue responded to the fire around 8:20 p.m.

On Monday, police announced two people -- Philip Aaron, 34, of Cullman and Angela Rena Green, 38, of Birmingham -- had been charged with capital murder in the homicide. Both are being held without bond in the Jefferson County Jail.

Local man arrested for Birmingham murder

PCS and PDP, total bond of just 800 which is kind of low given its her 3 recent arrests. Her last bond was higher, like $3000. But, she may not have been to court on the other charges so her bond is lower than it might be for those with prior convictions as opposed to charges.


What I dont get is how she supposedly doesnt act like your typical druggie but lives right in the middle of them and keeps getting arrested for them.
