Really your "friend" just needs to read reviews or take one for the team just like visiting an amp. Sorry he paid so much for bad time, but high $$ does not always mean great quality. Maybe spend a short time with a provider before going for the big 90 minutes.

It is very hard to require money back in that situation ... Sorry for that.
Always check reviews first - no reviews - no session. Newer do extended hours at first time - just a hour. Never do overpriced providers.

How to check review :

1) search phone number on TER, if there is only one review - check how many reviews did reviewer. Sometimes it is only one - only for that provider - avoid. Sometimes it did many, but for the same agency - avoid.
2) search phone number on Google. It is good source, it is often returns ads from eros/BP/CL, and ... sometimes You could find there photos of different providers on the same phone number. Also, there could be links to other review boards.
3) search provider email on TER and Google. Sometimes providers are using prepaid phones, with different numbers, but, possibly, You will find reviews for that provider
4) if it is an agency - look for reviews for other providers from that agency. Usually service is about equal for all providers in the same agency.
5) send email to provider and ask about reviews - good providers will never hide that imformation

Yeah, it was me. I read the reviews on TER, and the average performance rating is 8+. What I didn't do is check out the reviewers themselves. Many of them give 9+ ratings to everyone, but if you look at some of the details, they give such ratings even with the ah, unresponsive types. Hot? Yeah, she looks hot. But it ended there.
