Saw her Sunday early afternoon, strutting north on 34th st about 14th ave. She looked good in high heels, beige pants, and red top, but she sure has aged over the last year. I saw her turn down a ride at a corner, wonder what that was all about. I didn't have time for re-con.
This morning on the ride to work I saw a long brownish/black hair cutie. Shes like 5'-120 lbs tops. She was wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt. I havent seen this one and it wasnt a cop as I saw her get picked up and they traveled way to far to be LE. This deserves a little further recon action since she was really attractive and of course a little curiosity. Im guessing shes staying at the Cactus Hotel or lives nearby.
Any ideas on this one would be appreciated.

ST. PETERSBURG - After suspending its use for five years, the St. Petersburg Police Department today resumes enforcing a city ordinance that allows officers to impound any vehicle used to transport drugs, conduct a drug deal or arrange a meeting with a prostitute.
The ordinance first was put into effect in 1999, but it was suspended in 2003 when a lawsuit in Hollywood, Fla., challenged the legality of a similar law. Eventually, the Florida Supreme Court upheld the Hollywood ordinance.
St. Petersburg's ordinance allows officers to impound any vehicle they think was used for prostitution, lewd and lascivious acts or for purchasing or using drugs. The vehicle's owner must be the one committing the crime.
To recover their cars, owners must pay an administrative civil penalty of $500.00 plus towing and storage fees. If they choose to contest the seizure, they have 15 days to request an administrative hearing before a hearing master.
If they take no action within 30 days, their car will be deemed abandoned and turned over to the towing company.

Interesting news. The last I had read was that the Florida Supreme Court and the lower courts had "very serious concerns" with this policy which is deemed a "civil" action based on alleged criminal activities (with or without final guilt determination). The link below was the last I had read about this issue prior to your findings in the SP Times.

Maybe Saint Pete is trying to stir up headlines for the community? Who knows what the rationale is, but it is sad to think that some bonehead can choose to impound a vehicle based on what he "thinks".
Once again our local pundits contrive a way to try to extort money from people rather than addressing actual real issues.
This is something that is going to end up costing the city more than they recoup because it is going to eventually be battled in the legal system by good lawyers who will challenge the constitutionality of this farce. Based on the ruling in the Hollywood appeal, the State Supreme Court left the door wide open for an appeal in the future.
I think since everyone is having budget cuts this is a way for them to get the word out they will be watching and making a judgement call that they cant always prove. I agree that a good lawyer is going to nail the police department when they get the wrong guy. Its just a matter of time and then it will be put on hold again. Its funny to think that if they just went and busted the drug house and dealers it would slow the whole process down.

I think I may have spotted this one as well. I saw her yesterday in the pre-dusk hours. She was wearing a white t-shirt this time. I got a pretty good look at her, but wasn't able to swoop do to previous plans. Her face looks halfway decent and she has long brown hair down to the mid-back level. She is probably in her late 20's and is short and petite. Small tits. I'd guess her weight to be about 105 in the game at the fairgrounds. She has a "friend" watching her from across the street at all times. I did see her get swooped, so someone is sampling her goods.

I don't know about mama-hobillie, but Bianca has found her way back to the bed and breakfast to get her three square meals a day.
I also saw that Allison C got busted on 7 charges earlier this month. I don't think any of us will be seeing her for quite sometime. My guess is another prison sentence will be in the cards for her. Too bad. She was always a decent provider even though she wasn't looking as good as she used to.

After a little run around doing some errands seems like the streets are clean for now. I notice the steel bar hotel is loaded up again so it will be a few days or months till they get out. Its really been raining alot so what can we expect anyways.

I saw BTC strutting it around 22nd, Canya(looking BAD) and the rest of the usual suspects, all on the stroll between 5th and 30th. The HO population in Clearwater is all locked up. If you look at the arresting agency, you'll see they all hail from clearwater. On a happier note, NGH(p valley) still in lock-up. Maybe she'll get some dental work while there.

So, if you stay outside St. Pete City Limits (IE: Haines Road area, Pinellas Park, County) there's no impound ordinance? I for one, will give St. Pete what they want and boycott inside city limits... I'm not getting my vehicle impounded!

Today you could find a little more T & A today running through the parking lots and on 34st/22Ave N. I was at Office Depot and I thought theyhad a sidewalk street walker sale,--LOL!! When cruising look in the parking lot it seems like they SW's are trying to hide or stay cool. I honestly have never seen a SW do this. But there were 3 of them so they must be working together. NO action for me since I had co-workers with me.

Its either me or I just have some bad timing. This morning around 9ish there were 2 newer WSW running around and when I tried to get a better look to see who they were they were picked up.
Any of you guys have seen 2 wsw one has long blondish hair the other has black hair and is a plump little thing. The blonde is skinny with a nice body.

The only thing I saw today in this area was two SW that are still out from time to time that are both pushing 50. Peggy and Tina. I picked up Peggy once on a dark evening after a few beers. For her age, she's not too bad looking, but I would rather spend my 20 elsewhere. bbjcim is barely average at best. She did the trick when I needed it, though. The other one I haven't sampled, just know her through some of the other Haines road gals from back in the day. Tina has lighter brownish, short hair and is probably 5'7 or 5'8 with a very rough looking face. Peggy is a petite little thing that looks much younger until you get up close. Long dark brown curly hair and small tits.
