I have had a couple of Providers go MIA. I learned the best way to cope with this is like the Hydra Mantra. If you cut off 1 head, 2 heads grow back in its place.

No real explanation as to why. Did she quit. Find someone to take care of her. Get upset with me. Have a mental reset. This. That. Who knows?

Wish I would of bought her flowers and shared a few more intimate moments. Fairwell Happy Sad.

OK, it is my understanding that as long as there was no money was exchanged, LEO cannot arrest johns.

LEO needs to lure johns to actually hand out the money and right at the moment, they can arrest you, right?

But recent sting operations got me paranoid.

Let's assume that I responded a craigslist ad from a girl and we discussed price for specific sex acts over text messages.

And then when we finally meet at a motel room, can they arrest me even before I handing out the money to her? (based on the fact that I promised to give her certain amount of money for certain sexual acts.).

I always thought LEO can only arrest johns after they handing out the money but I just want to be sure because someone mentioned that there's sting operations in craigslist.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

People who post responses to questions probably don't know any more about the subject than you do. (and that includes me). If a sting is in operation, LEO intends to scoop up customers. By any means necessary. If you stumble into a sting, it is your word against theirs--guess who wins?

I, for one don't want to be the one who has to find out by going to court to see if it is admissible and / or evidence of a crime. Besides doesn't LE just lie if they really want to get you?

They can absolutely arrest johns if no money was exchanged. They may not get a conviction, but they certainly can arrest.

I can't believe this crap!

(I don't give any money until the completion of thorough LEO checks such as letting her squeeze my junior with her bare hand and let me suck on her tities for couple of seconds.).

Will that type of arrest (solicitation without actual money exchange: I. E. Just by texting her certain amount of money for certain actions) remain on my record?

What I mean is, even if I don't get convicted, will that arrest remain on my record and accessible to various agencies?

I'm asking this question because I'm a healthcare professional with active license.

If the review board of my profession found out about the arrest, my license can be suspended!

If this is the possibility, then I have to retire from this game for good because I cannot risk my livelihood.

Is there any SAFE way to play other than thorough LEO checks (which I am already doing)?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

In Illinois where I live your mugshot is posted in the paper and on TV for everyone to see, even before you get to go to court. Oh and they tow your car. Those mugshots stay connected to your name for a long time, probably forever. All someone needs to do is Google your name and it will be on the 1st page or 2, unless you are lucky enough to have a very common name.

That's why we need more Baldy Cruisers in this world. Look at what happens when I'm left to my own devices? I end up wanting to fall in love with hot Asian women and get my feelings bruised. I'm going to go to the beach, meet hot women in bikinis, and eat ice cream a la Venice Beach stylee.

In this case, how risky do you think this is?

I mean, while I am waiting for her in a motel room, cops could forcefully enter the room and arrest me on the spot?

Am I being paranoid or craigslist for non-pro action is that risky?

I think that's highly problematic from a LE perspective. The NP would have to be in on the sting and you're the only fish they can net. Kind of a big waste of resources just to get one guy, don't you think?
