Like OP from reviews looks like Lussis, Luxsa, and CB are top of the list. Would love to have a Latina dream but seems they may stop a little short of my perfect dream at Luxsa. She has been burned a couple of times, almost pinched and left some places not on her terms. Because of this history, she spooks real easy. It takes effort and patience, but everything good does. So I finally get around to giving CB a go. Parking lot looks nice and quiet so I park around back and ring the bell, only to be told they are "closed for a couple of days due to plumbing issues". I guess that explains why the parking lot was so quiet. Hopefully roto rooter will have them back up and running in no time (assuming the plumbing really is the problem).
