And I misconstrued your comment about drugs, but my answer stands: if you're involved in drugs, worrying about a Class A misdemeanor is like worrying you're going to pull a muscle while swinging your machete wildly in a crowded elevator.

As for "legal illiteracy" it's the correct phrase, and people (obviously) can accuse anyone they want to of being LEO. All of this stuff, going all the way back, has been predicated on an idea of the law which is somewhere between teevee action show and paranoid ravings. Someone with police powers can arrest you for eating a ham sandwich on the Sabbath. He's not supposed to, but all you're empowered to do is see his badge and I'd, then follow along meekly before suing him, if you can. Anyone can be arrested. Sadly, anyone can be convicted, even if innocent; prosecutors are sometimes malfeasant, or misfeasant, policemen are sometimes bullying thugs, or criminals themselves. But the idea of some official conducting a massive operation designed to turn lose someone legitimately caught soliciting in order to trap another Class A scofflaw down the road is almost beyond the pale. Yes, indeedy, many people in positions of authority have severe sexual disfunction or religious manias, as those go hand in hand in hand, but almost all of them are pretty good when it comes to counting money and getting their pictures in the paper for the right reasons.

As for the blaspheme thrown at a provider for which my desire and at the risk of sounding creepy myself, affection, perhaps respect or admiration would be a better word, is well known and documented, ; I have known and been with her a lot over the last few years, and I have never had her ask me to unwrap unless it was to get rid of an old one so we could get a fresh one for the next round. I know she is upset about this, as I am sure many others do too. There is no doubt that anything I say about all of that here will be looked at with a jaundiced eye here because of my known feelings about her, so my advice to her was to add her own voice to the forum and to say herself what she feels should be said, and she might, or she may just stay above the level that this has gone to and continue on with her life as it is. As we all have proven here before, trashing a provider here rarely has a detrimental effect on their business, sometimes even helping it. Rarely has a spat in this forum between monger and provider ever accomplished anything except to get both overheated, and often removed from the board. I have been with many others over the years that have been accused of similar issues and not once have I ever seen an inkling of that issue occurring during my encounters with them. One could assume that my incredible sexual skill set and obvious massive amount of seething virility scares them all out of such behavior with me, but I am kind of doubting that is what is going on. Once again you never know what is going on between two people behind closed doors, as we have seen here lately and discussed to great lengths, and there are always two sides to every story and two realities of the same exact events, all we can really speak to is what we know ourselves and that is what I have done.

As for the arrests, if we were to never see a provider who has been cited for "working", we would be way down on our available options. There are many more than what rarely comes to light, and although I have been told by many that they have been offered"options" in the end it is a misdemeanor ticket that will have little effect and most of the providers stand up and handle it and go on with their lives, with other legal issues in their lives being much more of a problem for them. Repetitive offenses are an issue as are other related things which might be found in the process, and can complicate it all. Paranoia is rampant often because everyone doing this is taking the risk of breaking the law and being caught, but like most lawbreakers ignore the thought of the consequences until it is thrown in their face, and then since most of the people involved in this as we know it, are for the most part not criminals in the truest sense, so the slightest indication of popo involvement gets everyone worked up and on guard, and gossip is often king between both hobbiest and providers. The great federally funded push recently to clean up human trafficking allowed local enforcement to ignore that mandate and try to cleanup the more mundane sex for sale biz between two consenting adults in their hometown and did bring more heat to bear on all of us, but even there, very little return on the investment for what are minor offenses at a very high rate. They have to look like they are doing the "moral" thing sometimes, but they have to get more bang for their buck than an A misdemeanor. Even though they are often banging before writing the ticket, that hopefully will bite them in their ass someday.

I just wanted to pass along some information on a dream I experienced with little Pammy (from E.) being the main character.
