When I think of Tokyo Spa, I still think of the one above the old ASB adjacent to the Ala Moana Building *sigh* those were the days. Anyway, the mama had told me I could park in the lot but had to put their business card on my windshield so the tow guy would know not to tow the car. After that I stopped by and parked on the street but the selection was poor IMHO every time so I never repeated. Kinda seems to be the case with many of the smaller AMPs. I have read & been messaged that:
