I did not notice the giving of the name, as you mentioned. I am not what you call a detailed reader. If you feel it breached guidelines, I would highly recommend you report the post. The moderator does not have the ability to ready every one, and I am sure relies heavily on us to self regulate.

Just use some common sense in the thought process. You don't swing for the balls when someone is spilling their shit out to a bunch of dudes on a forum. If you spot a possibility accidental breach of the rules, mabye contact the poster to let them know what they did so they can fix it, or reach out to the admin for help.
There is a difference between the sin of omission and commission.
Just something to think about.

She was always a nut job, but that was my opinion. After the last visit o said never again with her. I believe she is exactly where she should be.

I am done (for now I know I am weak) as well. Only 2 in MKE that have died, Hannah / Bambi death and my mostly failed attempts to help another leave the lifestyle have been the tipping point. No fun in helping someone kill themselves. Many girls are using heroin and cocaine together.
