Kentucky license
You would think that LEO would have more to do with their time that target places that do not harm anyone. How realistic would it be for these ladies to actually get licensed so they don't have to skirt around these stupid laws? (The American places).
If it was that easy they all would have them. It requires many hours of training, as well as costs. A one time fee which can be as much as 30 grand in some states, they all are different. Plus's a yearly renewal fee. The girl on husstbourn and Shelbyville rd has it. The problem is when you go through all that trouble and expense your more Leary of doing anything illegal because they will take that license away from you. Several have purchased fake massage licenses, but the people that check have a system on a computer that they scan the license on property to see if it's fake or not. I'm far from an expert on this but it's what I know, what little that is anyway.

Spa?
Yes, the Asian places would probably not be able to get them. That is why I said.
If they were able to get licensed, that might make it more difficult to shut them down. Might be something they could look into (RS, Churchill, CeCe's place).
Wonder if they just went with the designation as a spa? Would that allow them to continue or are spas regulated in Kentucky?

Divine Massage
Tried to delete this post and it didn’t work. Sorry. I did a search on Divine Massages and it looks like the same deal being run across the country and it sounds like a scam.

Or.

Any reviews? Real or not? I've seen her for quite some time on RR, but wasn't sure she was real. I got a text today from her number promoting divine massages. If she's real she looks real good, might have to check it out.
This has to be a setup or a trap. If you go though that website you can select a happy ending. There's no way that's real.
An undercover police officer accompanied by a female officer in uniform with the police car have been closing shops down as part of a sweep for about a month. No arrests but have been told they are not legally able to operate due to issues with massage therapy licensing. They are now not allowing body rubs or relaxation sessions as terminology either. They have gotten Stone, Empire, Stress Away, Far East, and Suns amongst others. Stone closed. Empire closed. Stress Away closed and reopened so they will probably be hit again. And Far East is now illegally operating with the open sign off. Other closures will be coming. If they want to stay open they need to find services they can offer that doesn't have an ordinance to follow. Things like cuddle sessions, guided meditation, Reiki, and reflexology are still legal without a license. The officer or detective is young, medium height, slender, blonde hair, blue eyes, and has a messed up tooth in front. The female is going with long brown hair and brown eyes. And yes they are asking clients questions about the services. So far no arrests have been made and no IDs have been checked. They are just demanding closure for offering massage without a license. Even though they stopped using the word massage years ago. There will be more closures and open places that have been shut down once already will be revisited. They will only be able to stay open if they offer something they don't need a license for. Don't be surprised or alarmed if you see different services being offered instead of massage. And don't be surprised if you are turned away for asking for a massage or body rub. AMPs aren't exactly full of legal citizens and nobody wants to get arrested and possibly deported. The industry is changing again just like it did 15 years ago. Roll with the changes.
https://www.rubrankings.com/united-states/kentucky/louisville/bodyrubs/body-rubs/muse-massage-68479.html
Blonde hair, slender and messed up tooth. Doesn't have blue eyes. Could she be a set up? Description kind of matches.

Re: Licenses
Yeah, I figured there was more to it than I thought. That sucks. I wish LEO would concentrate their efforts on real crime, rather than waste it on massages and body rubs.

Re: No Offense
Agreed. The phone number is registered with AT&T under a man's name and a woman's name. Seems suspicious to me.

No doubt
Yeppers, you are correct. Here is a photo from his / her public ad. Same hints that give it away. Big fake boobs, the wig, look at the muscles in the arms and the legs.
I have no problem with guys pretending to be women, but make it known up front in the ad. There are lots of guys out there who wouldn't care one way or the other. Just don't try to pass yourself off as a real woman.
Can vouch, seen her before, fit-mom body, good skills.
Good to know. Thank you. It was a weird coincidence. Her ad said 10 years, but I never saw her ad til after the post about the female detective. Any review on her? Her services? I'm sure she's a body builder and is manly / strong.

Heard she saw uncle for a bit. No idea if this is her.

Stone hopeful
Don't count them out just yet. Unlike the others approached by LEO, they're being cautious and staying closed of their own volition while they get their ducks in a row. And, I was told several of the places asked LEO for a court order, which he didn't have, and they told him they wouldn't close and to get off the property, and he left. Supposedly, one of these places was Relaxation Station. Maybe LEO needs a court order to really force closures and maybe they don't, but it seems a bit much that a detective could have the authority to randomly go to these businesses and demand them to close with nothing more in hand than a packet of information about the KY state massage licensing laws. This dragnet seems like more of a warning and an intimation tactic, seems to be based on advertisement, and it's only coming from the LMPD 6th district (at least at this time.). I happened to see the packet they've been giving and I didn't see anything about Relaxation in it, so it would seem LEO doesn't have the authority to say Relaxation requires a license if it doesn't say it in the statues; but, I'm not an expert and just speculating about that. Maybe they are assuming Relaxation includes some form of touching or massage, so it's being included. Like it was said in another review, there's more to come on this issue. I assume, if LEO has to get court orders he will need evidence of wrong doing, which could mean lengthy and costly investigations, so he wants to take the easy way out if possible.
Good to know!

I have seen her numerous times. She is absolutely 100% real. Sweet lady and is just absolutely beautiful inside and out! She's not as muscular now as she was in those pictures. Fantastic, Sexy body! Tight as hell!
