There has been exactly one post on this forum 3 days ago that simply states it had a closed sign on the door the day that monger drove up. She was like "I never in my 5 years". Didn't know what to say to that.

I know they closed for a bit during the beginning of COVID. Maybe they've done the same.

Leading up to COVID, the St. Louis area was really trending up in the quality of AMPs. Suddenly, nothing but negative reviews. And that's with no reported criminal charges or anything. Seems real weird. Anyone have any guesses why?
Remember that the MO AG started the hope initiative in October of 20. Phase 1 was attempting to have these places shut down by sending them nasty letters or threatening landlords to not renew their lease. This could be what's going on.
