Nice to have that person to do certain things with. In my early 40's now and don't see getting married any time soon. But never say never? But I truly don't think I could ever "til death do us part. You guys are too cynical. In my years of doing this, I've had 2 k-girls indicate to me in one way or another that they would be interested in a way out. I'm not even close to a high roller nor am I naive. I can tell when they're just pampering me or not. The first one moved to the Bay Area, and I could not find again. The second one is still around. Think of it this way. My favorite analogy is using cars, for examples. We have a nice house, and an SUV in the driveway. The SUV is perfectly functional, but it's not the sort of vehicle that makes memories. Hop in an AMC Mercedes, or C8 Corvette for some track time, and you are making memories. We don't suddenly buy a C8 or an AMC, but we can certainly enjoy the memories.

That is what this hobby is about. Find love or emotional attachments elsewhere. The SUV in the driveway is where the home is. Keep your emotions there.
