Been in this hobby for a long time, and frequented B&F regularly. I have had various levels of success here over the years, but I've never struck out like today. Very disappointing. All of these places are more careful on first visits or customers they do not recognize. While not your first visit to the store, it may be your first visit with the worker. Also, if you are wearing a mask, they may not know you unless you with some frequency. There are plenty of places in the Lou that are good. Reserved these days, but still good.
