Anything on the streets anymore
We are in dire straights, gentlemen.
The SW establishment in Dade County is in serious decay. I don't see anything on the streets anymore. Anything worth while, anyway. It's a damn shame that I have to consider driving to Homestead or Broward for a nut.
Yup, that's what I've been saying for the past 4 or 5 years now. I put the blame for the decline in SWer activity to Cell Phones and the Internet.
Couple that with the economic resurgence going on now. And investors that don't want to build high rises and open store fronts that are going to have crack head SWers hanging around in front of them as they come back to the blighted areas to rebuild.
It's crazy what's going on now. Industrial areas once vacant for years providing excellent SWer habitat are being re-occupied with industries, buying and renting these properties. You could say that M. A. G. A. Cut taxes too much. Because the investor and builder class is having a party now.
