If they don't know a Korean face from a Chinese, it can get confusing. Bottom line is all Korean parlors have an small entryway where you have to ring a bell to get in. Chinese parlors don't have that. Also, all Korean parlors are FS; Chinese parlors are usually HJ and roaming at best.

The last time I was there I paid for the hour and my provider went almost an hour and a half with me. I have been to Ocean 7 or 8 times in the past year and FS cost me 200 each time including house fee. Never had to haggle over price and never disappointed in the quality of the 6 different providers I have seen there. Sorry that things haven't gone well for you there. Maybe I've just been lucky, I don't know.
