Is it just me, or is this sounding somewhat like how corrupt cops in Tijuana operate? I ask because what I'm reading here reminds me of some of the police stories that I've read on the Tijuana thread of the international site. But hey, what do I know?

The chances of getting stopped are relatively low unless the cop sees you pick up the SW. I doubt the cop will recognize the SW unless he pulls up next to you or unless you are driving a convertible. My guess the chances of being cited or arrested are relatively low in the scenario you described. This is one reason why I drive on side streets after I pick up the SW. After I pick up a SW I drive of the area on a empty streets for a min of 1/2 to 1 mile or more. The basic idea is to reduce the amount of risk as much as possible.

If any of you guys were out early Saturday morning around 230 am, you must have seen all the action. I think I counted 28 SW's from Vanowen to Parthenia.
