I was in your town last week and met a fun WSW named Sonia. Met her near S. Grand and Osage. With all her bundles of clothing, she looked like a girl next door. I did spot for the first time around the Bates and BW area on Sunday afternoon a very tall, slender brunette that I had never seen before. Nice figure and before I could realize that she was a SW, someone picked her up. From the face I would say mid to late 20's. Sound familiar to anyone?
Took a trip down Grand to Bates, over to Broadway, down Broadway and back Monday early evening. Saw several out and about, but not wanting to be too noticeable I missed most. i always wondered why le wastes so much time and money going after legal aged sex workers and their clientele when they should be going after the traffickers and the pimps. they say they are trying to stop **** trafficking and the crime that follows prostitution, but most of the people arrested are of legal age and mostly law abiding citizens trying to make a living or get a little relief. the fact that it's a misdemeanor in the first place, makes it that much more pointless.
they should focus all their efforts on tracking down the traffickers and pimps instead. they would make a much bigger dent in the real crime and actually be doing their jobs. instead of being happy with stumbling on an ****d bust every once in a while, they could really be stopping it all together.

I had an actual date at 6pm and time to kill before hand so I spent 4-6 driving around the SS.
No intention of making any purchases, just getting a feel for the area and the girls. Up and down Grand from chip all the way down and SBW a few times.
But I only saw three.
All 3 thin WSW wearing white hoodies / jackets.

By 'checking out' I mean I drove the length of Grand and BW once, then again a few hours later.
I like to think I am not drawing any significant attention to myself.

Uniformed, plain clothed, marked, unmarked, male, female, hotspots. You he tt the point. I hope at least, it's a good time to stick with who you know. It always pays to get a number, uncle is making it known. From the Southside to st. Ann you better watch your ass. Don't get me wrong, I pay taxes and insurance on my ride and don't look out of place where I go. Hint- hint and I'll pick them up like metro bus service but it's a different ballgame now. Just saying. Start using it contact numbers and save the gas and or the embarrassment. A ho will always be out there but they don't necessarily care if they get busted. The chick was wearing a hoodie, a scarf covering her face, and sunglasses. Sunglasses. At 9:00 pm at night. Give me a break. If you've been at this for a minute, you either have enough numbers (1 or 2 reliables) or know the regular faces (by the by, has anyone seen Val lately? Last time I saw her, she was between places, and Melinda's hit on her can't be a good thing). New chicks covering their faces and wearing strange get ups are probably trouble.
But just to meander for a minute, it's pretty ironic the police are cracking down on pros and mongers. In winter. It gets slow anyway. I'll really be fearful if this stuff keeps up into summer and gets a spot on the usual channel 4 report, LOL. I haven't been mongering for decades or anything, but this southside war on mongering has been going on for years and probably isn't going to end anytime soon. Out of the dozen of chicks I've picked up on the southside over the years, only a handful of them have come from differnt parts of the city to ply their trade. Most of them live off SBW or Penn or Bates, and how are you going to get rid of the "problem" when the problem lives next door? I'm just saying. Sure, lapping is stupid, but one circle happy monger or a condom wrapper in an alleyway is not all there is to this.

You describe the "Red Card" well. I know we all don't have the same Intel (information) as others, but it does pay off to stay up on current events. Even if le is taking pictures of people picking up hitchhikers, what would the ticket be for? Last I checked, picking up a hitchhiker is not against the law in Missouri. The great thing about le, (and the reason they are loosing) is that they have to follow the law. They cannot arrest you for picking someone up, even if that someone is a known SW. If they don't have proof, they don't have a case.
That being said, if they start sending "red cards" for alleged prostitution, they will have a law suite, (or quite a few lawsuits) on their hands. They can take pictures of my license and car all they want, but proving illegal activity is a whole other ballgame. Especially when I've never done anything illegal in my life.

I was on Broadway headed to River City Casino to spend some money, the officer informed me that, I was in a area know for prostitution. I thanked him and headed on my way. Walks Grand a lot, practically everyday. She must put in quite a few hours for it. She used to share an apartment in the run down apartment building immediately next to Walgreens at Bates and Grand. Fashionably dressed all the time. Short black hair with a blonde or bleach streak. I picked her up about a week ago not too far from the Phillips station. When you get up close, you see meth head teeth and lots of wrinkles. She must be pushing 50 from the looks of her body once she takes her clothes off, which was a very disappointing experience for me. She directed me to a small room of a really dumpy apartment building a couple of blocks off of Grand.
She is very sociable, so talk was very easy, its just that up close she is not attractive. We went in the apartment, which was a dump, single mattress on floor, used condoms and wrappers overflowing from a small waste basket nearby. 40 for bare back FS, she requested 50,"I'm trying to save my money for blah, blah, blah." She gets totally naked, which I had to really close my eyes to. Lots of wear on the body, marks of kids, weight gain and rapid loss, etc.
She has had lots of practice and is very skilled. Was willing to try whatever position I wanted. Glad I had the experience and would be friendly to her in the future, but I will not be spending my money on her again.
