OTC is an acronym for "Outside The Club" which an opportunity SOME dancers provide for trusted and favored customers to have even more fun (for more $$) outside of the establishment. I suspect OTC deals are becoming less common now that constraints are loosened by the private rooms.
After you have taken your seat, for the first time ever, you will be approached by dancers. They will introduce themselves and ask things like, "Have you been here before?" My answer is something like, "Since before you were born. " or "Many times" if I'm not feeling obnoxious. YOUR answer can be an honest "no" without repercussions. If "no", they may offer to explain how things work. They will always be angling to induce you to accompany them to the lap dance area (LDA) which is dark and full of love-seat size "couches" where the action occurs. Tactically, it is better to sit through some dancers on stage to "see the menu". It is perfectly normal to say, "I just got here and want to settle in / look around for a while. " If you want someone to return to ask again, you can ask them to return. They might. Their stage performance is, to a degree, an advertisement for how friendly they will be in a couch dance. Pole dancing, BTW, is acrobatic and some of the dancers like to show off to each other. Only if they take the opportunity to expose themselves for inspection while on the pole does it offer any clue to their lapdance proclivities.
It is a good idea to establish a price for dances at the outset. Typical pricing is one dance for $40 or 3 for $100. If you ask for just one and then decide you would like two more, upgrading to 3 at 100 should not be a problem. Unless you have priors with a dancer, it is best to go for one and ask for two more only if it clicked. There are many reasons you may want to end with one, regardless of your original intentions. Your first engagement with a dancer should be limited to no more than three. If they are going to rip you off, they will pretend two or two and a half dances were three or deliver less than they'd led you to believe. If you feel ripped off, you were. That becomes a lesson learned for only $100 tuition.
You have noticed the acronym "YMMV" which is short for "Your Mileage May Vary". This is true in two ways: what dancers do for customers varies somewhat between customers AND each dancer has their own schtick. With experience, you will learn who you like (due to how they "like" you) and you will learn that "Extras" with some dancers is standard with others. If you want to test their limit within their standard offering, nudge lightly. If what you are seeking is a service upgrade with associated cost, they will let you know by asking if you are willing to pay $XX more for it. Their reaction to your hinted question may be " I don't do that. " or "I don't know you well enough, yet. " or "We need to go the VIP room for that. " The degree of intimacy they allow may increase with the dance count.
Back to sitting in front of the stage. Some dancers will not approach you, including many of the most attractive. They have lots of regular customers and don't need to ask. Those, you ask. You can either try to flag them down as they walk by or wave them over as they hang around the bar and nearby couches. Or, ask a waitress for the name of the dancer you are curious about and then ask if they could ask that dancer to come to your chair / table. If you provided a reasonable (2+) tip on entry, the waitress would probably handle it for you. A great time to tag them is as they leave the stage after their dance. Just ask their name (if they are I a hurry to get back to a customer they left in an LDA booth) and if they can visit with you when they are done.
If you want to be a chick magnet at the club, you might wear something that makes you look prosperous: Sport Coat, white shirt with dark slacks, dress shoes. , etc. Some dancers will think they smell money and will see if they can get some of it. This attire is sub-optimal for actual lap dances unless you are careful to select slacks / pants which are very thin, perhaps an elastic waistband, to minimize the dancer's ability to make you feel her affection.

Check out the talent and ask the keepers to check back. When it comes to extras, take the dancer for a test run to see if she gets your mojo up. If she's a keeper then ask if she offers options. 1. Wait for a girl to stop by, or else flag one down that looks interesting.
2. Chat for a moment and pick up on their vibe, some dayshift girls may start running down their menu, other may not. If she's hostile or you don't like her, pass on getting a dance.
3. If you get the right vibe, offer to get one dance. Be sure to ask how much the dance is before you start.
4. See how the dance goes.
Bad signs: she asks for money up front (ROB), she starts dancing right away during the song that is playing (ROB), she doesn't let you feel up her tits and ass (no extras), she doesn't take off her top at all (GPS), she does an air dance (no extras), she smells bad (These aren't the extras you're looking for).
Good signs: she doesn't ask for money up front, she waits for the next song to start dancing, she encourages you to feel up her tits and ass, she takes off the top, she grinds on your dick hard with her butt and pussy, and she smells good to you. Best sign: the dance is getting progressively more intense and dirty.
5. Extend the lap dance session to another dance. If things continue at a pace that lines up with the good / best list above, you are probably in extras territory.
6. When you finish dance 2 or 3 or whatever, ask her for what you want. I usually say "if I put on a condom, will you jack me off". If the answer is yes, or yes in the VIP, or otherwise directly affirmative, then you are now most likely about to get extras. If she is vague, hems and haws, or says something non committal like "you'll have a really good time" then abort bc you are not about to get extras.
This works for me to weed out ROBs and non extras girls, and find solid extras 90% of the time. I've found that takeout at not unreasonable prices (400-500) is doable if you are willing to put in the time.
First thing is it helps if you are a regular and a familiar face that will go a long way. If you show up and ask every girl about doing outside work the price will go up a lot and most girls will say no.

The last two visits to Sugars have been even more dead than I had anticipated.
