i saw that too and, i'm sorry, i don't quite buy it. i believe when a girl is **** that her pimp will probably always blur or otherwise hide her face in the ad pic. but that doesn't mean it works the same way in the other direction. just because a face is obscured in an ad doesn't mean that most of them are doing it because they're ****. the cops may want you to believe that because they don't want you seeing anyone on craigslist. or maybe its true in oakland where that program was covering.

there are plenty of older providers who also obscure or crop out their face. here is a link to just one ad i found in a quick search of a 32yo provider who blurred her face: [url]http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/ers/1096153850.html[/url]. and there is no way an **** provider is going to try to pass herself off as being 32. 18-19 maybe, but not 32.

of course, maybe he was referring to a particular "mosaic" type blurring which appeared in the ads they showed in that program, but i don't recall seeing any facial blurring like that in any of the ads in the tampa.craigslist for providers of any claimed age.

I was the one to review her on TER (ID 122415). I gave her a 9-9. Normally I would say take a TER review with a grain of salt, since the AVERAGE rating there is an 8-8. However, if you look over my past reviews you'll see I don't give high reviews that lightly. The biggest negative, a probable dealbreaker for some, was that everything was covered (meaning no BBBJ). However, whatever else she did, she did VERY well. And she was relatively new in the business back then (around the beginning of October), so MAYBE she's loosened her rules since then. However, she's very goodlooking (very accurate recent pics). If you like goodlooking black spinners and don't require complete GFE then she could be your girl. Also keep in mind the low rate. If she did just a little more, then her price would be an absolute steal. As it is you still get what you pay for. Anyway, I'd definitely repeat. I just haven't because I've found a really hot strip joint girl who does multi-hour dates with me for just $.5 and she's been getting all my hobby budget.

They look faked to me. I've seen several of these on CL recently, young looking girls with fake looking date stamps. I suspect they're the same scam.

If you call her she says she is Karin of Tampa's cousin with unknowing pride. I would guess she might be legal but I'm sure she is being trained well in the art of ripping off men.

Are you suggesting an 18 year old provider is really using pics taken before she turned 18? Yikes! I don't even want to go into the ramifications of that. Or are you suggesting that she's not really 18 now though she was at the time that picture was taken? Either way I don't see much advantage in it for her. Physical appearances simply don't change that much that quickly once a person gets past their late teens until well past their mid-twenties. OTOH, it is readily understandable why a provider in her mid 40's would want to use a picture taken when she was much younger and pass it off as current by using a fake date stamp. Of course, some things like rapid weight gain can happen at any age but I'd think that would be much more likely to happen over time as one gets older. There are lot of ways pics can be fake or misleading, but I don't see why this aspect of the photo would be faked for girls in this age range rather than some other aspect of the photo.

Some other thoughts. That 2nd photo is not just a bikini shot. If the gal in the photo is actually under 18, then using the photo they did probably puts them at even greater legal risk. So I doubt that girl actually was under 18 at the time the pic was taken. Also, if this photo was an example of what the cops in Oakland was talking about, then just the face would appear blurry. The faces in these pics do not appear all that clear but not any more so really than the rest of the picture. I think it was just a not so well taken snap shot. And that is often a factor in favor of an advertiser. It doesn't mean they are legit but more often it is the slick professionally taken photos that turn out to be fake.

If you put up a fake ad with a photo you've scrounged from the web, one way to make it appear as if it's a legit photo is to dummy up a date-stamp from the past few days or weeks. In those examples the red of the date-stamp bleeds into the photo and is too saturated -- I've never seen anything like that on any real date-stamped photo.

She is hot looking but a total waste of money. Only offered a very expensive hand job. When they look to good to be true usually they are.

Successful completion

Intelligence reported an interesting OpFor foxhole ahead that needed more evaluation. I volunteered for approach, assessment, evaluation and reporting. Should circumstances permit or require, capturing the position was recommended.

Mission began with discreet electronic voice communication. Approval for approach was granted and a truce talk was scheduled for neutral territory. Circumstances prevented these talks from occurring so it was necessary to continue the mission. The position was located, approached and evaluated. Upon approach it was found that the position was occupied by as initial intelligence reports described. Reports were reasonably accurate but what some parts were underestimated. Intelligence had reported than things were 45. At a longer range this appearance and fact is accurate, however detailed up close inspection and evaluation revealed 35 could be an easy interpretation of parts not normally seen from longer distances.
Rather than just immediately capturing the OpFor position, I elected to engage in truce talks. As a common language was spoken no translators were necessary. The consultations and discussions were fruitful and progressive but the parties did not come to complete agreement. As the intensity levels of the negotiations increased I thought it wise to don body armor. This was procured and a decision to capture the OpFor foxhole was made.

A note of geography is appropriate. Although the foxhole was amid a barren plain, there were well formed hillocks nearby, which showed small effects of erosion or gravitational effects. Interestingly enough there was a very thin line of bushes surrounding the foxhole. As rear approach was evaluated and contemplated but general conditions prohibited such. The rear area was firm and well formed and quite pleasing to the eye. OpFor certainly knows aesthetics.

In any event as intensity levels increased it became necessary to machine gun the foxhole. Recoil left both parties sorely wounded and spent. Withdrawal was forced. As luck would have it, duty requirements placed me in the same area again the next afternoon. Truce negotiations were requested to be resumed with a pearl necklace peace offering. Future discussions will be held but none are scheduled at the present time.
Should anyone else get detailed to this assignment, I would recommend accepting or even volunteering for this future mission without hesitation. Also, it appears that the electronic communications procedures have changed since my initial reporting.

Lastly, cryptography was left in place. Appropriate personnel can contact for cyper keys, on a need to know basis.
