They were located near beverly hills/culver city area.
Place got shut down rather quick as word spread.

Thanks to B Malibu for the pm sharing address, phone, and several K-techs referrals; I asked MMS for Genie, 26yo, and got all that I was looking for. The experience was very close to what is available in amp heaven, Warren, Ohio.

The history and circumstances clearly demonstrate that the absence of white girls in MPs and working as Street Girls (for the most part) is an insidious form of racism that pervades the SoCal police agencies. I will never be persuaded that of the very large number of white working girls in the L.A. area, that many of them would not be happy to work within the MP format. It simply isn't tolerated. Now and then a place advertises "American girls", but it never takes hold.
I had never mongered when I first came to L.A. from the east coast 25 years ago - but I was curious and kept an eye on MongerWorld and would check out the sex papers and L.A. Weekly. There was NO INTERNET yet - imagine that youngsters! So the escort trade was generated by unreliable newspaper ads and real info and reviews were hard to come by. Young guys can't even begin to imagine how easy it is to hobby now without being ripped off or disappointed compared to the early 80's.
So in 1984, the papers were jammed with display ads from MPs throughout L.A. and O.C. that featured white girls. Some of these were big gaudy places that advertised with the confidence of operators who haven't got a worry about LE at all. I don't know how long that had been going on, but I can tell you that it was all but over when I arrived in SoCal. Within a year or two, every single one of these places were gone. Seems SoCal had a MP drought for a few years before the AMPs and eventually LMPs started slowly spreading around Inglewood, Santa Monica and in the San Gabriel Valley and then into the SFV and eventually, every damned corner of the county....that is, except Inglewood in the present day.
Obviously it was unacceptable to have openly advertised and visible MP prostitution involving white girls, while minorities could work away in the profession suffering only harassment and temporary crackdowns from time to time.
When I came to L.A., Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood was a stroll of hot young white girls like nobody has seen in the USA. Around the same time the anglo MPs disappeared, Sunset became a war zone with LAPD doing everything they could to take the trade down more often than not. To this day brush fires of prostitution break out along Sunset, but it never spreads into a real conflagration - always kept mostly under wraps by L.A.'s finest.
Meanwhile, the crack ho's work downtown, and black and latina SWs often thrive along the Figueroa corridor with the cops usually keeping it to a healthy but not raging fire. Believe it, were white girls to join the lineups in any kind of significant numbers, Figgy would disappear as Sunset has. Of course Figgy and Western have the advantage of being Blvds. through the hood, and permitting them to function is a form of LAPD racism that is welcome among SW mongers (which does not include me). If those strolls passed through white neighborhoods, they'd be killed off.
So as a white guy I can confidently assert that although half of L.A. cops are non-white and their management is also well integrated, and the city and county governments are obviously no longer filled with white councilmen, commissioners and mayors, clearly it is still white L.A. that holds the power in this city and region. White prostitution and prostitution in white areas is not tolerated. Asian and latina prostitution is tolerated as MPs throughout most of the county, and predominantly minority black and latina SWs may hold on to some precious territory on the street to earn a living.
In east coast terms, unless you are talking about escorts and back rooms in strip clubs, WHITE = FAGETABOUTIT!!!!!!!!!!!
It is amazing to me that this subject is never discussed in public affairs and rarely on the monger boards. Mongers are always happy just to have a market available for them to shop in. They rarely speak their beliefs about the trade in public or write letters to their assemblymen imploring them to recognize the insanity of criminalizing prostitution, at least until their cars are impounded. Nor could be expect a march for equality on City Hall or Parker Center demanding equal access to white prostitutes and equal work opportunities for white prostitutes!!! So here is one area where white workers are discriminated against!
I am very fortunate to be a latina specialist who also is extremely happy in the company of attractive asian and african american young ladies! In those departments, L.A. surely excels! I don't do escorts yet, so the only white girls I ever fuck, I have to take to dinner first!

Interesting theory which isn't backed up by any evidence which shows cause & effect. It's like saying the NBA is racist because there are so few white American players even though it was predominantly white in the 1950s. I'm not a big fan of LE, but to say they discriminate against white prostitutes is absurd. Since you've been around for 25 years, you should know that the desire to shut down MPs fluctuates and depends more on political pressure. As you are probably aware, there was a big purge of AMPs about 3-5 years ago. There seems to be just as many AMPs now, but there seems to be a growth in AAMPs (Asian Apartment Massage Parlors). Why aren't there WMPs or WAMPs? I don't know. Maybe it's because the vast majority of the girls are foreign nationals and the "owners" have developed a niche/expertise in this business (part of which is knowing how to stay in business) and have a pipeline for bringing in new girls. 25 years ago this infrastructure was not established.

In particular that immigrant girls would have less ability to operate independently as white escorts do, and so the MP and apartment type setups run by managers connected to supply lines does explain why so many of the immigrants work this way. I certainly do understand why the immigrants work this way, but I don't understand beyond it being a question of LE toleration why white girls don't work that way too. As long as there is money to be made, and there surely would be profits a plenty if white MPs came back, there will be girls to work in them.
The NBA analogy really doesn't play because whites just don't make the cut in professional basketball. Only a finite number can play. The best 12 each team can field, and that happens not to include many whites. But there are plenty of white working girls who would make the cut of this monger market if they were in MPs, and they aren't there. There are plenty of enterprising over the hill white working girls who could and would operate MPs if they could get away with it just as the brothels of Nevada are white girl dominated and just as there was this plethora of store front sex shops operating in SoCal when I arrived in 1984 that were staffed across racial lines including plenty if not mostly white sex workers. Then there was a purge for sure, but unlike the other purges we see, which are usually focused in a particular area like Inglwood a few years back and like the SFV is used to enduring, the AMPs and LMPs come back and never really go away because the whole region doesn't get purged as it did when white girls were filling the joints.
I generally avoid any kind of thinking that attributes conditions to "conspiracies" per se and I don't think that's the case here. I don't think anybody is particularly thinking about it or even necessarily consciously applying unwritten policies. It just seems ingrained in SoCal LE culture that white prostitution will be tolerated only in the most non-public settings. And surely that market is loaded with providers of all colors, white included. But when things move to the street or a storefront that the public can have direct awareness of, be sure if the door is not to be nailed shut by LE that the workers are from immigrant cultures, or if on the street, that it not be a street in a white neighborhood and minorities hold down the trade where the strolls exist in minority neighborhoods. Part of it is the general cultural attitudes of the powers elite. Monied interests, church groups, et al. I have no doubt that the population as a whole along with the powers elite are more alarmed at the sight of a young white girl working sex trade along the avenue than the sight of a black girl doing the same (BTW, OLD white SWs are clearly tolerated more than young ones). It is part of who we are in America and who we have always been, albeit the country has made huge progress in racial matters over the decades. People who haven't lived more than a few decades don't realize how much more of a racist nation this was as recently as the 2nd half of the 20th century compared to where we are now. But racism is part of our heritage and it does play a role in our institutions and certainly in law enforcement.
Not all large cities in America have their prostitution industry organized along racial lines as we do in the L. A. Area. The Nevada brothels that I already mentioned shows what could happen if LE is cut out of the equation entirely. SF's tenderloin was a multiracial nightly parade that at least one time was dominated by white sex workers. Haven't been there for years to be able to speak to the present. When I was living in NYC in the 70's and early 80's there were storefront sex shops on every corner. Most didn't even bother with the pretense of massage. May as well of just had a neon sign saying "get your blowjobs here". Most of the workers were white. Then the initial AIDS scare came through in the early 80's and all these places closed. The only survivors were asian places which spawned tons of new asian places to replace all the closed "white" shops. Time frame is roughly similar to my experience in arriving here in SoCal. So the 1985 purge here was no doubt in part a product of the AIDS scare.
I could go on with way more additional analysis than I think members want to read about this and I'm sorry I even went this serious and deep into it. I try to keep to the fun and consumer watch aspect of mongering on web boards, but couldn't resist spilling the thoughts I've had on this subject when a SoCal newbie posts about being puzzled by the absence of white massage therapists in this area.
