While I am not from LA, I can tell you there are a few red flags. No phone number and email only usually is a big one. Chances are you will never meet her and it's either an agency or email fishing scam.

Always look for a legit numerical phone number. While not a guarantee of legitimate providers, it is the best start.

XXXBob, you would be making a huge mistake with that one. Clearly an agency girl and fake pics. There is zero chance...and I mean ZERO...that girls real.
