Is there a doctor in the house?
Fortunately, I've never actually needed a doctor due to mongering, but I've had a couple nervous moments where I really needed someone knowledgeable to help me determine that all was well. In either case, this is the guy you want to see:

This guy is very approachable. He runs his own small practice with no nurses or secretaries. He even answers his own phone. I've always been able to get same-day appointments. I don't know if he takes insurance. I've always paid him in cash and he's really fine with it.
Please note that the last time I went, the street address listed on his website was not current. He's moved a few blocks down. When you call, ask for the address. There's usually on-street parking available, just bring a lot of quarters for the meter and you'll be fine.
