Looks like they're back, which is good news. They typically recruit quality service. They used to work out of apartments in MV and Aero Dr a few years back, but now do hotels. For the very limited use of the HX mail, the cost of unlocking it is a nuisance. I'd have hoped that it would remain unlocked after getting out of quarantine, but no such luck.

Not bagging on you, man, it just always surprises me with people not wanting to spend to be able to stay active on the site and be able to book who they want without major hassle.

And to answer your question, I think you pretty much need to contact booker via Hx. The bookers like it because they can keep up to date with your network / who you're seeing / etc / etc and not have to keep notes on everyone.

It was just a bit of an annoyance to find that the mail needed to be reloaded on an ongoing basis. Since I typically just book directly w / a pair of the K-agencies, I haven't really needed the mail, so I let it lapse, but I guess if I want to explore more options, it is what it is. Haha.
