I was telling the guy that above and beyond the standard "tip" for extras, a tip to the personal assistant of $10 was appropriate for a HJ. That tip is like tipping your waiter or anyone else that provides a personal service for you. So yeah, there is a house fee, then a fee for extras and finally guys that want to be remembered, a "tip". So that $10 is a tip to the personal assistant, not a tip for extras. If you got other extras, I suggest one should "Tip" more after everything is done, commensurate with the extras paid.
So here is and example:
40 house fee for hhr, +plus 60-80 for "extra" BJ and then a personal services (waiter like) tip of $10-$20. So,

Probably the best massage around if that's ever your priority. I've sometimes went for a massage at a place I suspect is legit with a plan to hook up afterwards. I had a good time when I visited, but between the difference in service by different therapists and the house next door, I'm not surprised they were shut down.
