Okay I'm back from lurking after a few months/year self imposed ban because a senior member took issue(rightly so) with my schizophrenic review of a BBW in Mt Washington. Ok thats old news.
In the last few months I have discovered, with patience, you can get a hand release with a brazilian. Who knew? Do any of you know if a Nail place offers massage from a esthetician that "may mean" hand release is on the menu. I am amazed that you complain about a lack on info, but you have not provided any info yourself. No, in this area, we do not have the walk-in places where HJs (and more) are available (Springfield does) as many other cities have, but we do have many that will give you that for a token amount and are attractive to look at. First of all welcome back John,
It is always good to have quality contributors to the board. I myself took a sabbatical awhile back. Sometimes I do think we need a break from the board now and then. With that said.
I have to agree with Rog on this one. There is plenty of information that is passed along here on the board. I myself was just the beneficiary of information that I could/should have gotten myself here on the board but due to a time issue I asked for and received the information I was looking for and wasn't flamed a bit for taking the lazy way to information.
I have always provided a welcome to newbie's along with the standard "Read all of the old post and do your homework before pleading for information that may already be here" quote.
I get a fair amount of information from the public post but the best information has always come from PM's from trusted members that I have built a relationship with here on the board.
My advice to anyone, new or old members, post a review or two from a well reviewed established provider. It may cost you a little more money than you were originally planning on spending or be with a provider that isn't the exact fit you were looking for but it will show that you are real and willing to contribute to the board and it will save you tons of money in the future by getting good info on under the radar providers.
It will also allow for us to verify that you are indeed a member and not an interloper. Take the time to build some relationships and good information will always find its way to you.

I don't know if this helps or not but my answer is maybe.
If the provider is attractive and good at what she does for a decent price then I would make the trek occasionally - as in once every few months. If not then I'd probably be one and done.
Since I work in Batesville, a place in Greensburg would be very welcome for me.

It seems a distance to drive, obviously closer would be better. Basically you're looking at a 70 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati to Greensburg, IN. So to take a trip to get there and back one is basically looking at having to allot 3.5-4 hours for a trip. The former AMP's were about 25-30 minutes from downtown. So one only needed 2 hours free to make the trip.
While I'll probably make the trip. Finding the time to go will be more difficult.

You have asked this question on and off for over a year now. Not only in this market but others. If your friend was really looking to open such a business I think a location could have been defined by now.
For those that enjoy the AMP experience (and I agree with the other post about the emphasis being on the "A") particularly living in an area without one - they might be willing to make that kind of drive. But as things tend to go in cycles every few years, if and when things lighten up and other AMP options pop up closer to home it would no longer be a good location.

If you are a serious Amp lover put this on your bucket list . May I suggest Amp Hall of Famer Lisa at Four Seasons Spa or a visit to Sun Spa where meals after 3 somes for 140.00 were offered. Check the Warren massage board go back a couple of months and see why it is known as Amp Heaven. If you are a football fan check out the Pro Football Hall of Fame in my hometown on your way. Warren Ohio the best kept destination in Ohio.
