Perhaps this report should go on the DC or PG county boards, but this is really intended for the Baltimore mongers who are thinking of a street mongering trip to DC.

Like many of us, I read the DC and PG threads and I've often wondered how the Eastern Ave mongering compares to our Baltimore mongering. Eastern runs along the DC/Maryland boarder at the north side of the east corner of DC. Yesterday I did a few passes from Kennilworth to the Southeast end of Eastern. What I found was 3 definate BSWs and 2 possible BSWs, all of which looked healthier and dressed better than the typical WSW on the Clix loop. They also looked a bit rougher whereas most of our girls look like weak victims of their life style. I'd say the Eastern Ave SWs look a lot like the Garrison SWs. None of the 5 had the extra booty that Trick Williams likes.

There was one that looked worthy of the scoop but LE was nearby each time I looped by. I went home unserviced.

If you are in or near the DC area, you might want to try Eastern the next time you are in the mood for a BSW.

The word on the street is some of the neighborhood civic association meetings are being attended by LE and residents are being advised to get tag numbers and pictures of suspicous activities including possible prostitution activities.
A warning letter including the pictures will then be mailed addressed to the registered owner of the vehicle..

Sounds good BUT - if you happen to get pulled over, they will immediately start talking to your friend and she will most surely rat you out. They will find something, anything, to use against her and then she will roll over on you. Bottom line: you didn't commit a crime and you still don't want to be pulled over.

Don't ever forget Uncle LEO knows that you probably won't get convicted of anything but the the hassles for you are just beginning if he decides to mess with you. Just be super careful.

As for the pix they might send, the neighborhood asscoiations have a habbit of sending the letters and pix to Mrs. Registered Owner. Really; they often put a Mrs. in front of the name of the registered owner just to make sure you get into SOME kind of trouble. Again, just be super careful.

The cops were sitting outside a warehouse and recognized her as we drove past, and I saw them roll out not long after we went by. They followed us over to Washington Blvd., and I was trying to get the hell out of the city limits, but they pulled us over by Pollock Johnny's.

Naturally, they split us up and compared our stories. We came up with some rapid bullshit while I had been watching my rear-view mirror and seeing them follow us -- I don't remember exactly what it was, but I think it had something to do with me taking her to meet her brother in Lansdowne. (Yes, it was weak, but I was a little panicked.) The cop told me he knew I was bullshitting him, and just wanted me to admit what I was really doing; he said he'd let me go if I admitted it. Steve, welcome to our Board, but you missed out on a couple of very important points that could very well save your life. You are putting yourself at considerable risk when you DATY and BAREBACK these SW's.

Vice LE are operating in this area because SWs are operating too close to the elementary school. Also, a dude just got pulled out of his car and got his ass viciously beaten on this block by 8 teenagers. I figured if I tried to play amateur lawyer that I was more likely to get ticketed or actually arrested, even if it would have ultimately not been upheld.

This video is VERY informative and provides guidence for traffic stops and how to remain respectful while not stating information that will ultimately result in Uncle LEO haulling your butt to Central Booking.

Don't forget though that LE, especially in Baltimore City, often will arrest someone knowing that a charge won't stick just to hassle the person; or, in the case of violent offenders, to have them off of the street for a while.

Your best bet is to not get pulled over but the video contains great advice and is well worth watching. Send it to your friends - both mongers and other.

Has anyone ventured to Ingleside Ave in Woodlawn/Catonsville? I've had two encounters in that area, but it was a couple years ago. Both times, the SW's were 9's or 10's in the SW world and at least 6 or 7's in the real world. Once encounter was around 5:00pm after work, the other was 3:00am after the bar. I don't make it over that way too much anymore and I don't see too much about it on here. Check it out if you're in the area, it may be worth the trip. It's also nice to be in the county sometimes.

Made 2 passes through the Clix loop, SA, and B/CB on Thursday evening between about 9 and 11. LE was clustered in 2 or 3 areas so that left plenty of places to monger without visible LE, but I have no idea how much ULE was hiding along the way. Very little selection at any of those places.

Finally found WSW Vanessa in Brooklyn, I had never seen her before. She is chunky, probably 5'4" and 150 pounds. Medium brown hair was pulled back in a pony tail. She claims to be 29 but I'd guess she is closer to 39. Went to one of my spots and started covered oral services for the agreed jack. Her technique started out great with plenty of DT and attention to the parts down under. Her mushy C-cups were available for play but she stopped services when I touched anything else and said that was extra. After about 2 minutes she started to complain that I was taking too long and she pulled off the cover. I insisted on another cover and she started to bi**h that she needed more than the jack if it was covered. I told her oral is a Jack plus a tip if things were good. She bi**hed some more. At this point I knew things wouldn't turn out well. She recommended FS and I agreed to three jacks but said I'd have to go to the store for the ATM. Of course, I asked her to come into the store with me and I drove off as soon as she wasn't looking. I went home unsatisfied but with my wallet still complete. Maybe I'll get what I need tonight.

There is one girl in Pigtown that seems to be out more than any other. Very long dark brown hair, skinny (maybe CCL), visible sores on her face, and she always looks dirty. She hangs along SCarey but sometimes she ventures a little up Washington or Ramsay. About 2 years ago she looked better but I never picked her up. Who is she?

I am knew to the thread but not to traveling the cb/b, w/w and pa areas.

A few years ago I used to be a regular of a chick named Shelly. She was usually on PA near SA. Blonde, 5'7", usually wore a skirt. About 38-40.

I have been back into the area again for about a year and haven't seen her. Anyone familiar? Is she still around?
