I was south of Route 30 at the time all the way down by the railroad tracks. As I said that is the first time I have ever gotten lucky in the Heights at all.

It's a legit place with mostly Euros. Unless something has
changed but I doubt it.
Little wierd on the set-up. You have to go past the hair stylist
