If it's been longer than that shoot them another message. FEC was the first "account" that I saw on HX and they were fine with me using references from elsewhere.

The standard hour rate does include MSOG, but YMMV. Some of the girls will go at it the entire time, some girls will try and give you a HJ / BJ to get the second pop. You'll have to go see some independents who will give you a safe rating on sites like humaniplex. Good luck.
