I've been here for a couple years and the forum is certainly dead. I'll be moving away soon but if I can point you in any direction it would be PD and tryst as mentioned.

Higher end girls will ask for a reasonable deposit if you are new to the area but many others won't, you just need to vet girls around here in the Bay Area, usually via their social media, PrivateDelights and Tryst (those last two sites are unfortunately the mediocre best of a bad lot since RedBook and Nightshift shut down) and generally stay away from the girls that have neither of those and place ads in less reputable sites.
