I would not be the least bit surprised if this is a mental thing. When you are embarrassed, you blush. And when you are scared, you get goosebumps. Some people break into hives when they are pissed off. I would not be the least bit surprised if all of your guilt and worry has made this a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I personally have done BBFS with almost 300 SWs and 150 or so non-pros. I have caught chlamydia once. (I thought I had it again recently but it was a side effect of a medication I was taking for something unrelated to sex.) I have never had a wart, a lesion or anything like what I learned in sex ed.

Go to a real clinic or doctor. If it is not a negative manifestation of your guilt, it is something really bad or something as minor as a bladder infection.

That could explain a possible internal sore.

Also, if it is herpes, this could be a one time outbreak. Regardless, medicine has come a long way, soon things like these will be non-existent.

I would put money on the guilt though.

And family. But somehow all we afraid to how to face the problem. Just go doctor to get this treat properly. You should back in good shape very soon. You don't have to tell your wife what happen. You can make up excuse. Whatever you say to your wife, you have to make it like real. Rule Number 1, never commit what you did. That is the little secret for yourself. Everyone has dark secret. So just keep that in yourself. No matter what you say, NEVER COMMIT. Somehow this lie can help your family better future. But remember, don't wait to get that treatment properly. Go to the right doctor, get that fix.

Find a doctor who will treat you and don't be ashamed. Doctors have to protect your privacy-they work for you and are not police and they don't care where you've been (though you may get a little lecture). You don't need counselors. In any event, don't spread it. Avoid sex at home for a while until you get it cleared up. After 37 years, you should be an expert at avoiding sex at home.

Thanks to the two guys who have replied so far. I neglected to say that I did get tested for herpes, those results just aren't in yet. Damn. My penis and balls are killing me. Perhaps it's something else?

Edited to say that my wife is really a great, even amazing person. I am a shit for doing this to her.

You could have a very painfull twisted balls where the nut sack gets twisted inside and cuts off the blood flow. it hurts and must be surgically fixed. This is a cause of the pain. or you can tell her you have a lump in a nut and need to get it checked out. however this will arise her courisioity and make her want to go to the doctor with you.

Just do not infect her. We do not need a new Tiger W. in Portland. Hide the golf clubs and sharp items.

All I can say is see a Dr. quick, If you have something and could have already infected her you have to tell her.

Good ideas, but she would have to see the scar and drive me to the doctors. I don't want to cut my sac for reality. Lump? Perhaps. But how do I explain all the Herpes meds I'll be taking for the rest of my life.

Just don't give a lot of details. If you give a lot of details and later the story is different hard to explain, Generalized pain is not so hard to explain. Most women I know aren't really interested in doing intense exams of the male genital area. In fact I think there are a few who hardly even look after years of fucking. I could suddenly have a black penis and thye wouldn't notice. Shit I could grow or shave a beard and it takes a few days for women to notice. Face it, man, women don't look too hard at us until we start acting guilty then they start to look so just relax.

Well, it IS something, and my pecker and balls are in agony. And my pecker has all these little lumps on it. It's gotta be herpes. As cringing in pain due to an "accident" that ain't gonna fly as I will have to do this for ever as herpes can be spread without lumps or sores present. And since she is a type 1 diabetic, this could kill her.
