Just to add my 2 cents to pp's discussion, L.E. might not always follow the exact letter of the law in stopping suspected mongers, but then I don't want to spend months paying some lawyer and possibly face incarceration just to point out to the fine young officer (who is so bored out of his gourd in driving around and having nothing to do for 10 hrs straight that he may be bending the rules) that he (or she) has overstepped his bounds or whatever.
Rather than being in his face, I'll be nice while denying anything and everything.

Of course he did'nt get the chair, good people of this conutry deserve better for there tax dollars, police depts are desprate for people they will hire anyone that has the money to get certified, weather or not the person has the proper demeaner for the job, the job pays $13-14 an hour so what type of people can they get?
