Basically, SPD vehicles outfitted with tag reading cameras will track vehicles that appear to be scouting, then they send a notice in the mail saying you've been seen driving in the area of known prostitution.

This recent activity with Uncle LEO around the holiday may have changed the traffic pattern. I noticed a WSW this week around 2 pm on SR 46. She goes by the name Tiffany. Pulled a loop and scoop on a side road and she got in. Solid 8 on the SW scale, blonde hair, blue eyes and 20 yrs old. I recommend starting at around 25th and working down to 46 while hitting up the back roads along the way. Hope this helps.

I actually swung by there last weekend and spent a couple hours hunting back and forth between the 417 and river walk.

Spotted a few decent looking SW's that appeared to be ready and willing, but there was just way too much LEO on the prowl.
